Delivery

Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the order acknowledgement (and in any case with 60 days), however this is only an estimate and time shall not be the essence of any order.

Where the Goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to the fault of the buyer, Easy Buy Beds retains the right to charge a further £40 for "re-delivery" to cover costs incurred. This charge will be taken from the debit/credit card used to purchase the goods.

Our next day delivery service is subject to orders being placed and received by Easy Buy Beds before 11am. If for example a frame is ordered with a mattress, we can not always guarantee that the mattress is available next day, we would of course advise you of this. Orders are next day if stated on that particular product. Next day delivery will be done on weekdays and sometimes Saturday, however if an order is placed on a Saturday it would not arrive to the customer until Tuesday due to warehouse open times and logistic opening times. We can not offer next day delivery on bank holidays or bank holiday weekends.

Easy Buy Beds offers an exceptional service on most of our products to most areas of mainland UK for orders over £100. For orders less than £100 there will be a delivery charge of £20 added. Please note that we do not deliver to Northern Ireland or Ireland. Any of the minority areas that we can not deliver to due to logistical problems, our sales team would contact you immediately. Some of the British Isles such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann and channel islands we will not be able to deliver to free of charge but may be able to do at an extra cost.

Delivery is officially to the front door only but Goods may be taken to the room of choice at the driver discretion if access is clear.
Most Goods will require some form of assembly and it is the Buyers responsibility to assemble the Goods.

Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order.
Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the agreed address (Easy Buy Beds do not need to satisfy themselves that the person accepting the delivery agreed address is authorised by the buyer to accept the goods)
