Delivery of Goods

Easybuy Beds offers an exceptional free delivery service on most of our products to most areas of the UK for orders over £100. For orders less than £100 there will be a delivery charge of £20 added. Please note that we do not deliver to Northern Ireland or Ireland. Any of the minority areas that we can not deliver to due to logistical problems, our sales team would contact you immediately.

How to order your goods.

At Easybuy Beds we want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, therefore we can offer you a variety of payment methods to suit your needs, they are as follows;

Ordering online via our website
This is a very simple way of ordering, simply follow our online sales process, we have a very secure and fast ordering system. If you have any queries during your order process please do not hesitate to contact our sales team on o161 945 6815.

Ordering on the telephone
If you prefer to speak to a friendly member of our sales team we would be delighted to do so, you can search through our online website to choose your goods and then telephone our sales team on 0161 945 6815, we will give you any advise that you need and then we will submit your order over the telephone. Our sales staff will take your payment details including your card details. We will be able to advise you on delivery times and any other information you may need.

Ordering via email
Some customers prefer to order goods by sending an order via email to sales@easybuybeds.co.uk , this is absolutely fine. We would ask you to choose your desired goods and place all the information on the email describing the model that you want to order including sizes and drawer options if applicable. Please make sure that you put your full name, address and telephone number. We ask you not to put your card details on this mail for security reasons, once we receive your email, one of our sales team will call you back to advise you on delivery and take payment over the telephone on your card.

Credit and Debit cards accepted for payment

The following cards are accepted for payment, please note that we do not accept credit or debit cards from outside the UK.

Please note that we do not accept personal cheques, company cheques or postal orders and goods will not be left under any circumstances without full payment. All goods belong to Total Beds until payment is fully received.

Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to online transactions only.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a Consumer.
Definitions
"Buyer" means the Consumer who buys or agrees to buy Goods on this website from Total Beds.
"Goods" means all products listed on the order and the confirmation email.
"Consumer" has the meaning given in section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977
"Special Items" means any Goods that are not held in stock by Easybuy Beds and are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for the buyer.
"Delivery" means the delivery of the Goods to the delivery address specified on the order.

Risk and Ownership
The goods shall be at the Buyers risk once delivery has been taken place. The buyer must take all reasonable care of the goods. Should the Goods be returned to Easybuy Beds having been damaged while in the Buyers care, the cost of such damage will be recovered from the Buyer.
Ownership of the Goods will only pass when cleared funds have been received from the Buyer, regardless of whether delivery has taken place.

Limitations of Liability
Our total liability in regard to the performance of this contract shall be limited to the value of the Goods.
Easy buy Beds shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses, costs or expenses incurred or any consequential compensation arising out of the performance/or non performance of this contact.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law.
All contracts shall be governed by English Law
Any order placed by the buyer and accepted by Easybuy Beds is subject to the following terms and conditions
A confirmation of your order will be sent automatically by e-mail and, if you do not have email access you will be notified by post, unless you are notified to the contrary within 48 hours of this confirmation, the order will be deemed to be accepted by Easybuy Beds
Easybuy Beds retains the right to refuse any order that is subject to an error on its website and will in these circumstances reimburse the Buyer in full.
Easybuy Beds retains the right to investigate any order placed on this website that is suspects to be fraudulent, any such order will not be delivered until it is proven that the order is legitimate. Should Easybuy Beds be unable to prove that an order is bona fide or to contact the Buyer then monies will be refunded to the original card used to place the order and the order will be cancelled?

Description of Goods

The description of the goods will be specified within the confirmation email and it is the Buyers responsibility to check that the goods specified are as the Buyer intended to order.
All sizes given are approximate and the Buyer should satisfy them self that the goods will fit into the delivery address. The normal bed and mattress sizes (i.e. 3'0" Single 4'6" Double and 5'0" King) refer to the sleeping surface only and the Buyer should check the overall dimensions given for each product.
There may be certain items included in the illustration of the a product which are not part of the product and are not included in the product description and are not part of the order, (for example, bedside tables, lamps and bedcovers)

Payment

Full payment is required at the time the order is placed and Easybuy Beds will collect the payment from the debit/credit card details supplied.
All Prices and Charges on this site are in the U.K. pound and include any V.A.T payable at the prevailing rate.

Delivery
Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the order acknowledgement (and in any case with 60 days), however this is only an estimate and time shall not be the essence of any order.
Where the Goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to the fault of the buyer, Easybuy Beds retains the right to charge a further £40 for "re-delivery" to cover costs incurred. This charge will be taken from the debit/credit card used to purchase the goods.
Delivery is officially to the front door only but Goods may be taken to the room of choice at the driver discretion if access is clear. There are some areas of the UK that we have to add a surcharge of £40, the following postcodes would incur this charge, KW, DD, CT, EX, IV, PA, TR, DT, AB, NR, PL, LD, PH, SA, TQ & BH.
Most Goods will require some form of assembly and it is the Buyers responsibility to assemble the Goods.
Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order.
Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the agreed address (Total Beds do not need to satisfy themselves that the person accepting the delivery agreed address is authorised by the buyer to accept the goods)

Guarantee
All goods are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanships for a minimum period of twelve months which starts from the date of delivery.

Faulty Goods

Complaints relating to faulty Goods should be notified in writing within 7 days of the fault becoming apparent and should be addressed to Easybuy Beds, 311-313 Palatine Road,   Northenden, Manchester, M22 4HH.
In the rare event that Goods develop a fault, Total Beds retains the right to have the goods repaired or replaced at Total Beds discretion, and any delivery costs associated with the exchanged of faulty goods will be met by Total Beds.
Where Goods are reported as faulty later than seven days after delivery, we reserve the right to arrange an independent inspection and if the Goods are found on inspection to not be faulty but the result of fair wear and tear, negligence or wilful damaged, Easybuy Beds retains the right to charge £40 for the inspection to cover its costs. This charge will be taken from the debit/credit card used to purchase the Goods. The Buyer and Easybuy Beds shall both agree to be bound by results/findings of the independent inspector.

Refunds

Refunds on Goods cancelled prior to delivery will be made as soon as possible following written notification of cancellation and in any case will not exceed a period of 30 days of written advice notice. All refunds will be made onto the same card used to make the original purchase.
Refunds cannot be given against items that are made to special sizes.
Refunds on Goods already delivered will take place as soon as possible following the collection, return and inspection of such products and in any case will not exceed a period of 30 days following that collection/return. This would be due to a genuine fault.

Special Items
(Delivery 14 - 28 days)
Goods that are held in stock by Easybuy Beds and are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for the Buyer cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted by Easybuy Beds.
Due to the intimate nature of beds, mattresses, pillows, mattress protectors etc these items are exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations when they have been unsealed. Therefore, for reasons of Health and Hygiene any beds, Mattresses or bedding that has been unsealed will be deemed to be used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault.
The Buyer must retain the Goods and take good care of them until they are collected by Easybuy Beds or their agents.
The Goods must be unused, made available for collection and be in the original packaging and in the original condition at a time requested by Easybuy Beds (this request not to exceed 21 days from the cancellation date)
There is a collection charge of £30 for Easybuy Beds to collect the Goods or the Buyer may return the Goods (at the Buyers cost) and unused, to us at Easybuy Beds, 311-313 Palatine Road, Northenden, Manchester, M22 4HH in the original packaging and in the original condition, the collection charge will be deducted from the refund value and the original delivery charge is non refundable.
Should the Goods not be adequately packaged at the time of collection then they will not be collected and Easybuy Beds retain the right to charge a further fee for "re-collection" to cover costs incurred. The "re-collection" charge will be deducted from the refund value.
Following collection or return, should Goods be found to be damaged (not in their original condition), and Damage is not the result of our actions or negligence, Easybuy Beds will deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover such Damage. (Such amount not to exceed the prince of the Goods)
Should the buyer unreasonably fail or refuse to make the Goods available to us when requested with 21 days then the Goods must be kept and good care taken of them until they are collected or returned.
No refund shall be made until the Goods have been collected or returned and inspection made as to their collection.

Easybuy Beds is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) and processes all personal data in accordance with the DPA. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Easybuy Beds process all personal Data in strict accordance with the act.

Easybuy Beds only requires such personal details that are necessary for the fulfilment of our order.
Data provided will be kept in web logs and may be used by Easybuy Beds for market, customer and product analysis.

Easybuy Beds may from time to time email information on new products or promotions, if you wish to be removed from our lists then please return a email to us asking to be removed from our mailing list and we shall remove your contacts immediately.

Easybuy Beds will not pass any details provided to a third party

Easybuy Beds will take all reasonable steps to protect any personal information provided but cannot guarantee the security of data provided on-line. Buyers must accept risk of providing data over the internet and easybuy Beds cannot be held responsible for a breach of security unless this is due to our direct action or negligence.
